bendy chip definition - computer

A flexible integrated circuit composed of nano-sized (ultra small) silicon ribbon elements bonded to a rubber substrate. Developed at the University of Illinois in 2005, such circuits can be wound into cloth or other flexible materials. See flexible circuit.
