A variety of systems design, database administration and system performance measurement products from Bachman Information Systems, Inc., Burlington, MA. In a trail of mergers and acquisitions, the Bachman product line became a part of Computer Associates (CA). In 1996, Bachman merged with Cadre Technologies to form Cayenne Software, which was purchased by Sterling Software in 1998. CA acquired Sterling in 2000.
