Conveyed means to show. In your sentence it states that you showed me over the phone, whereas you mean to say that you showed to me that web site process…

Try these:

You conveyed to me over the phone earlier this month that web site process is three weeks and will be delivered to me on time.

This doesn’t make sense, sorry.

After much deliberation, Sapparis, a name you will become familiar with on this forum, has decided the following rewrites will work:

With reference to our telephone conversation earlier this month, that web site process takes three weeks and should be delivered to me on time.

or

With reference to our telephone conversation earlier this month, the completion of that web site is three weeks away but should be delivered to me on time.

If this is not what you wish to convey, then please tell us.

thanks.

Long time ago, I read the following rule after “should, would, will, shall,” always use first form of verb whereas you wrote in above sentence “should be delivered”.

i’m sorry in advance, If I am wrong evern I know that sentence in passive.

Regards,

Always use the first form of the verb…which verb?

Can you tell me what the sentence should look like according to your rule, please? I’m not following as yet :(
