verb intransitive

Hmmmmm   seems we have a lexicogical dilemma here.

We don’t. The words aren’t supposed to jibe.

I’d jib at that, but I like the cut of it.

Hit a dead nerve, did I?

I play by guitar and a couple of other instruments by ear, thank you very much. It’s hard at first, until you get your lobes toughened up.
