Please excuse me, but it’s been a year, and my searches can’t help me. So, can anyone find a definition for these?

the only one I’m remotely familiar with is befoibled.
I heard someone use the word while talking to his friends at a party. I asked him what the word meant and he said “feeble” or a half-hearted.
have you tried a medical dictionary?

Befoibled: in none of my online nor paper dictionaries. I’d agree with mystical pippin above: it’s as good a guess as any.

Well, thanks guys. I don’t really know who created these except I found them while reading a few months back.
I might need to split the words contractions to find what the definitions are and possibly combine those definitions to find my answer.

Rescind means to take back.
Irrefragable: cannot be disputed cannot be refuted.
Receptade - reception room: a place where people are received as in a doctor’s office, party, etc.
That is all I can come up with. They may be typographical errors in the printing.
Lots of luck finding them. If you ever do, let us know.

Thanks! I’m not sure, maybe it’s due to the book being translated from German(the english lexicon is adapted from German and Latin as most of us know).

Now, you’ve got it.
It is a distinct possibility, much was lost in translation.
Thanks for the update.

Do you know any sites where I can take small particles of a word with it’s definition? I could try dictionary.com, but my conscious tells me not to, for some reason.

Or…the fact that they are not words might be the problem. Just a thought.

All we can do is try for something to fit into the sentence structure that closely resembles the word.
I can list dictionary sites if you wish. But they really do not deal with particles of words except in word history which may or may not be given in each case.

In the States, this position has come to be known as a “Monica.”
