I require your writing prowess.

How would you convey this effectively, concisely, clearly, and elegantly?

Below are the statements, none of which are elegant. They just lay down exactly what I’m trying to convey, I hope.

Can you make this into a succinct sentence, or two , while keeping it clear what the message is?

I’m wanting to compare how two girls who are friends deal with arguments between one another with how two guys who are friends deal with arguments between one another. And I’m speaking generally, not specifically about any two girls and guys. I’m tryiong to make a profound statement, so to speak.

When two girls argue, the argument finnishes before the conflict is resolved, because one ‘storms off’.
This means they have several arguments to try and solve the problem.
Consequently, their relationship is damaged irreperably as they have so many small arguments, none of which solve the problem (because they are so small).

Conversely, guys arguments are abrupt and efficient, which means that, because they don’t argue for weeks, they remain friends.
However, overall, guys keep friends for longer because they don’t have lots of innefective, damaging arguments like females to solve each argument.

To create an elegant, succint and clear version of the facts will be quite hard, I imagine.
Good luck smile

Haha, I expect nothing more. I’m trying to take the mickey out of a friend. But it just wouldn’t be effective without being far more brief.

Sometimes I wish people could just read my thoughts, rather than reading my words.

To be honest, I was never a fan of this show as a boy, so I know little about the two characters in my avatar, who I think are Earnie and Bert.

Could you tell me who I am and why? Is one of them cheeky, perhaps?

I thought you didn’t watch television, Sapparis…

When you have children and grandchildren, you watch Sesame Street if nothing else.

Ernie (on the right) is the jokester. Bert is the serious one.

So there you go, Ernie.

Oh that’s right! I remember one being far more serious than the other. I’m definitely not Bert.
