I’d say: “the Monday of this week”, or the Monday just past.
or: “the Monday of this past week”. Perhaps, the past Monday of the current week.

“Monday” will do fine, any day up until Sunday.

Remember the song: “Monday, Monday”? Is that what you were referring to?

I don’t know the song Monday, Monday. It would be better if your going to sing that for us.

Luck? I don’t know anything about luck. I’ve never banked on it, and I’m afraid of people who do. Luck to me is something else: Hard work—and realizing what is opportunity and what isn’t.

Oh, well, I hear it in my mind, but don’t keep up with songs and singers that much. Just remember it from days past.

Way to go, Doug, thanks a bunch, have not heard it in a long time. Loved the Mamas and Papas. Appreciate it.

You can also say “this past Monday.”

Is it later than July 8th? We don’t have calendars here. We still go by sun, the moon, and the need to wear shoes.

I don’t retrace threads, so this one passed over as well.
