I had no idea what I wanted to do with my life

The quoted sentence looks like having two objects.

I (S) had (V) no idea (O) what I wanted to do with my life (O?)

Anything missing or something else?

I had no idea what I wanted to do with my life

I think this is subject - verb - direct object - object complement.

“what i wanted to to do with my life” clarifies or redefines the “idea”

I agree with saparris.  (There is an implied “of” after “idea”.)
