I agree Jhim, once you’ve said it, you will receive peace.
That is the key to all self-help programs, like alcoholics anonymous, narcotics & overeaters & sexaholics & gambers & nicotine anonymous, ets.

If you have a secret, that gives a thrill.Being bold is, sometimes, dangerous. Don’t flaunt too much!

I know what you are saying.  But it is discouraged completely in these self-help programs.  Only Honesty will get you SOBER.

I understand what you are say, but when it comes to addictions of any sort, only complete HONESTY WILL GET YOU SOBER.

I don’t want to reveal what/where/who I am addicted to. Haha! Sometimes, some things are better left unsaid.
