I think that 150 feet for polsters is about right.  About 150 outside every city limits would be OK by me.

I have some one- to two-acre lots in a new gated subdivision that are either in the woods, on a small lake, or on a creek. $35K - $70K.
All the houses I have listed right now are $350-$425K.

Of course, I can sell anything in MLS if you know someone coming this way. It’s too hot here for you.

We have few underground homes here, a good many round ones, and one domed-shaped one. But it you every decide you can take the heat, we have plenty of barns.
