Is Barack Obama is the 44th President of U.S.A? (Where does he come in numerical sequence?)
Who is the 444th President of the U.S.A.? (What is the President’s name?)
Barack Obama is the 44th President of U.S.A? (A question to clarify a prior statement)

Although I tend to agree, being a bad President doesn’t’ mean that you don’t get counted.
