Chiricahua Apache medicine man “Geronimo” < Romanized Greek sacramental name “Hieronymus” (aka “Jerome”): brilliant, Mr. Neos, Native American history & prosopography with kindred regards to our darling disgruntled douglang—dead on center target!

Thanx bandido for your good words.
Now, as far as the conversation is concerned:
a) what is Pistache? An Indian tribe? The only pistachio I know is the nut.
b) what is the relation of the painter Hieronymus Bosch with all that?
I can not understand the logic in all these.

Surely you know of famous Dante Inferno Canto 3.9 Lasciate ogne speranza, voi ch’intrate “Abandon ye all hope, here may ye enter.”  Well, just try and figure big ol’ chief “whoopie doopie” dougland without getting something like: “Abondon ye all logic, here may ye enter!”

John Neos, the clues are in some of the other threads.  We are a bookish tribe, and our chief is Gerundimo - Saparris knows of what we speak. Only our inscrutable Gogs know what word the day brings.

A hail, Gerundimo, along with his “to-foisted-upon” companion, Infinitivo the Base.

Is it Maundy Monday there, Doug?
