I read this somewhere on the ‘net and offer it as humor:

“Improved technology has made use of frozen sperm
commonplace and the breeding of dog shows.”

Shows how sentence structure and punctuation are
so important.

Also shows that is why there are so many dog shows.

Most amusing.  It reminds me of the following lines from a hymn about Bethlehem:

“Thou alone the Lord from Heaven
Didst for us incarnate bear.”

Try putting three commas into that.

The term “dog days” has nothing to do with dogs.
It dates back to Roman times, when it was believed that Sirius, the Dog Star, added its heat to that of the sun from July 3 to August 11, creating exceptionally high temperatures.
The Romans called the period dies caniculares, or “days of the dog.”

How true it is. Yes it’s relevant. Anything you post is OK, so long as it is not an advertisement< they drive me(for one) crazy.

Leviticus 19:28 says “You shall not make any cuts in your body for the dead, nor make any tattoo marks on yourselves…”

Leviticus only said that after some sailor friends had taken him out on the town, got him drunk and had a galley tattooed on his chest.
