In a coon’s age: a term like “it’s been a long time”.
Having seen a couple of raccoons out on their nightly
scavanger hunt on the bank of the creek (“Crik” in
this part of the country) which runs thru my back yard, I
I thought of the term used
by some relatives back as a boy: “I haven’t seen you
in a coon’s age”. {Since this thread ended with more
garbage, I thought I start a new topic.} Enjoy.
