Xenodochiophobia.
NY Times article of 1989, uses ,describes and gives the history of : Xenodochiophobia
supposedly the A fear of foreign hotels
Berenson was Caspar Milquetoast as a traveling companion. He devised the term xenodochiophobia to characterize his own misgivings as a tourist. He defined it in his memoir ‘‘Rumour and Reflection’’ in this way:
‘‘I invented it long ago to designate the sinking feeling that in my travels often overcame me: of fear lest the inn or hotel at which we were to lodge would be sordid, would not let me have the promised apartment; .......

I think you mean crotchety old men, which gave rise to the Americanism “feeling a bit ‘techy”.
Chochiophobia is possibly a fear of something a bit more crutchety, depending on the pronunciation - otherwise a fear of coca-based derivatives.
Wrankled administrators would probably admit to “feeling a bit techie” from time to time.

A lung disease caused by the inhalation of very fine silica dust, causing inflammation in the lungs. Before the doctor finished stating the word, you got a heart attack already.

Additional information about supercalifragilisticexpialidocious. This is an adjective and it is use as a nonsense word meaning fantastic; also called supercalifragilistic. It has been popularized by the movie ‘Mary Poppins’.
