So if Bob Dylan had preferred the piano accordian to the harmonica, would “Xyl on Main Street’ have been even bigger ?

I think you mean crotchety old men, which gave rise to the Americanism “feeling a bit ‘techy”.

Chochiophobia is possibly a fear of something a bit more crutchety, depending on the pronunciation - otherwise a fear of coca-based derivatives.

Wrankled administrators would probably admit to “feeling a bit techie” from time to time.

Pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis. At first, I thought, it was a trick given to us by our professor. It’s really a word. A lung disease caused by the inhalation of very fine silica dust, causing inflammation in the lungs. Before the doctor finished stating the word, you got a heart attack already.
