On 24 March 1998 two boys, Mitchell Johnson and Andrew Golden, shot a teacher and several pupils to death at their school in Jonesboro, Arkansas.  They were sent to a reformatory, to be releaed at the age of 18.  Johnson turned 18 sometime between March and August this year.  Has he been released?
