It actually is Barbados slang and means: "On The Replay" she says… (It was on german MTV News)!!!
yup it means ‘on the replay’. [pon=ON] as for it being from Barbados, its actually a slang thats been a part of the creole vernacular spoken by some Caribbean islands. In Jamaica its quite popular as well as places like Trinidad and yes Barbados.
