  1. The period during which a goal or series of goals is to be achieved: The construction firm's timetable indicated the new building would be ready for occupancy by the end of January.
  2. A schedule of events along with the times at which the events are to occur. For example, a train line's timetable provides a chronological listing of departure times and destinations.
