Standard Mail definition - business
Standard Mail
Mail that qualifies for a lower postage rate but requires a minimum of 200 pieces or 50 pounds per mailing. In addition, the sender is required to pay an annual fee in order to qualify for the lower rate. This class applies to mail that formerly qualified as third-class and fourth-class mail.
