Social Security disability income definition - business
Social Security disability income
Benefits paid to a qualified disabled person and certain members of the disabled person's family. To qualify for benefits, a person must have worked in jobs covered by Social Security and must have a medical condition that meets Social Security's definition of disability. Benefits usually continue until a person is able to return to work on a regular basis.
