Section 8 Housing

Private rental units that qualify for federal subsidies on behalf of low-income tenants who pay a limited portion of their income for rent. A Section 8 Home Ownership Program permits certain voucher recipients to use the vouchers to purchase single family homes, condominiums, and manufactured housing.
