National Association of Realtors (NAR)

A trade association of real estate agents and brokers whose stated mission is to help its members become more profitable and successful. The NAR actively lobbies for and against legislation that affects home ownership in general and realtors in particular. It publishes educational materials and requires that its members abide by a code of ethics and standards of practice.
