multiple unit pricing

multiple unit pricing definition - business

multiple unit pricing

Establishing a single price for the purchase of two or more units of the same product. For example, a store advertises three candy bars for $1.00. Multiple unit pricing is designed to convince consumers they will gain an economic benefit by purchasing more than one unit of a product. This pricing strategy is most effective for low-priced merchandise.
