International Trade Commission, U.S.

An independent federal agency charged with administering U.S. trade remedy laws, maintaining an appropriate U.S. tariff schedule, and reporting tariff and trade analysis to the U.S. President and Congress. For example, the commission adjudicates complaints regarding the infringement of U.S. intellectual property rights.
