homesourcing definition - business
homesourcing
Paying people to work from their residences rather than from a facility provided by the employer. For example, a software company offers customer technical support via employees who work in their homes. Homesourcing can allow a business to save on overhead at the same time it offers a convenient workplace for labor. See also outsourcing.
