Euronext N.V.

An integrated European securities exchange that was formed from a merger of local exchanges in Paris, Brussels, and Amsterdam. This group later purchased a London derivatives exchange and merged with a Portuguese exchange. Euronext N.V. merged in 2007 with the NYSE Group, Inc. to form NYSE Euronext.
