Change to Win
Change to Win definition - business
Change to Win
A labor federation formed in 2005 when five former unions affiliated with the AFL-CIO joined with the Teamsters and United Food and Commercial Workers. The breakaway unions felt the AFL-CIO concentrated too much on politics and devoted too little effort to organizing workers. Members of Change to Win are concentrated in the construction, health care, hospitality, and trucking industries.
