Big Three

Big Three definition - business

Big Three

A widely used reference to the three major automobile manufacturers in the United States: Chrysler, Ford, and General Motors. The success of Japanese vehicle manufacturers, especially Toyota Motor Corporation, and the one-time foreign ownership of Chrysler have muddied the meaning of the reference.
