American Arbitration Association

An organization that provides information, assistance, and expertise to individuals, groups, and businesses that desire to resolve conflicts without going to court. The association will assist with providing information, establishing hearings, and appointing mediators. It also offers rules for contracts that permit affected parties to request arbitration or mediation.
