Altai Mountains
or Al·tay Mountains (ălˈtīˌ)
A mountain system of central Asia, mostly in eastern Kazakhstan and south-central Russia but also extending into western Mongolia and northern China. It rises to 4,508.8 m (14,783 ft) at Belukha.
